Only if your appearance has significantly changed from what is in your current passport. Growing a beard or coloring your hair would not constitute a significant change. If you can still be identified from the photo in your current passport, you do not need to apply for a new passport.
When someone takes your passport photo, you must remove your face covering or mask so your full face is visible and the face covering and mask do not block portions of your face. We need to see your full face to establish your identity.

With a Walmart Photo account, you can upload your photos from your computer, phone, other device, or social media albums. Sign in to Walmart Photo with your Walmart account. Collage posters are ideal for capturing special moments around a theme, such as a new baby, family vacation, wedding, or anniversary.
Photo cards add a personal touch to invitations, thank you cards, wedding programs, Mother's Day cards, graduation announcements, and many other types of stationery. In your Photo Center account, you can choose from a variety of themes and add your photos to them or create your own card designs from scratch. Choose a folded card made from sturdy card stock if you want to handwrite a message inside your card, or choose a postcard-type print if you'd rather just slip it in the envelope easily. Envelopes are included with your cards.

All voters will be allowed to vote with or without a photo ID. If a voter cannot show photo ID when voting in person, they can still vote by filling out an ID Exception Form. If absentee-by-mail voters are unable to include a copy of their photo ID with their ballot return envelope, they can also fill out an ID Exception Form with their ballot. Voters who vote by mail must include a photocopy of an acceptable ID when returning their ballot, or they may complete an ID Exception Form. If there is no photo on the document, E-Verify may automatically skip photo matching. Employers have the option to select No photo displayed when E-Verify either displays no photo or it displays an image of something other than a photo of a person, such as an image of a document or piece of a document.
