DUDES (and dudettes)!
That was an exuberant weekend of bike polo. If you were unaware Chris, Andy, and I went up to Portland this last weekend for the PDX III bike polo tournament. We played the tournament style 'Swiss Rounds' and had some very evenly matched games. They had many awards besides 1st, 2nd. and 3rd such as 'Worst Crash' awarded to fellow Ashlander Andy Karnitz and 'Juiciest T-Bone' award to yours truly. To say the least it was a TON OF FUN! If you want to catch great stories, such as when Chris on the last point of the game blew out his rear tire took the ball and scored for the win, or skills like the D.C. slapshot, COME OUT TONIGHT!
Bike Polo tonight at the parking garage behind Ashland Springs Hotel at 7pm on the second story. Bring your friends, bikes, and your friends bikes. C U THEN!
