Thank you to those who replied so quickly. Based on the majority of responses that came in, the game will be delayed to Thursday, October 17. October 17 was not listed as an option, but it gives a few more weeks to build up to the game. I understand the delay changes the response for some of you so please complete this new form here by next Thursday, October 10 to let me know if you will be playing in the game and if you will be joining for lunch afterwards.

Hello 50+ Softball!

 

Hope everyone had a good weekend. I had 15 of you reply that you will be playing in the staff game. With the weather this week, I wanted to double check if you all are up for the game or would like to delay the game by a week to next Thursday, October 10. Please email me back which of the two options you would prefer by tomorrow, October 1, as the temperatures as planned to be in the 90s.

1. Play this Thursday, October 3
1. Game time will most likely be moved earlier to 9:30 or 9:45 a.m. instead of 10 a.m.
2. Play next Thursday, October 10 at 10 a.m.

Hi 50+ Softball!

 

Hope you all are having fun out there and are ready for the upcoming game. For those who are new to this 50+ Softball group, we hold an annual game in the fall against staff. Depending on how many come play, we may have a three-way game situation (Two 50+ softball teams, and One staff team) which we have done before. So far, the 50+ teams hold the wins, 2-1, as staff hope to tie up the record.

 

Please complete the following form here by next Thursday, September 26 to indicate if you will be playing and joining for lunch. I need to get a tally to prepare accordingly.
