Instrument Building Workshop with Yuri Landman of Hypercustom.com

Greetings,

checking to see what the interest level would be amongst RHL members, family and friends in participating in a 4 hour workshop this summer with experimental instrument builder and musician Yuri Landman on August 1st or 8th. The workshop will be limited to 16 people, will cost around $100 depending on what instrument we build and everyone will leave with the instrument they make. Also working on a performance and talk by Yuri at the Britt Performance Garden. Ticket price would be included in the workshop fee.

Looks pretty neat. It's been awhile since I played any Guitar-like instrument. Does this play in the same way as a standard guitar?
