Touring the Nui Koi Bld

As part of our exploration of options and coming up with a business model that will support it, we're starting to tour some of the available buildings/spaces in downtown Medford.

The Nuo Koi building is at 122 W. Main St.  https://medford.craigslist.org/off/4708555173.html

It's the one with the black bathmat facade.  6,200 sq ft. in total space.  Over 8X the space we have now.  Potentially the 600 sq ft in the basement could be messy projects.  We could repell down the facade and do some kind of LED project on the bathmat.  It isn't a registered historical building, so there's probably some flexibility on things like signage and use of the space.

Please feel free to join us if you're in the neighborhood and want to check it out with us.  Especially if you would take advantage of the lots of shared workspace/project space.

Mica forgot the time.   We will be touring it at about 1pm. Meet us in front of the location, which is half a block from our current location. 

There are a couple other buildings we may take a look at while we are doing it, just depends on time.

So come on down if you can.
