As per the Board's decision on Wednesday, we are closing the 225 E. Main St space in downtown Medford at the end of the month and begin moving items to storage.  We need to be completely out of the space by February 8.  When will we re-open in a new space?  There is no definite timeline, but some of us will continue working on a plan to re-open at a new location.

There is some confusion as to whether scheduled events are canceled or not.  We will continue to host events for the next two weeks, but all meetups after January 31 should be scheduled at alternative locations.

Any meetups we schedule in the first week of February at 225 E. Main St. are specifically for the community to help us clear out and clean the space.  If you have moving capacity (ie, trailer/truck/van) and want to help, please RSVP or ping one of the Board members.  We plan on renting a storage unit at the very end of the month.

A few Board members are going to continue paying monthly membership dues so that we can continue to keep on top of the legal paperwork and associated fees, rent a PO Box, along with renting the storage facility, and the huge 501(c)3 application fee we will have to pay to get our federal status.

We are assuming that all other members are/want me to terminate their membership contributions unless I hear otherwise.  I will be going into our Paypal account today and terminating those automatic payments.

Any items which have been "loaned" may be reclaimed or temporarily reclaimed.  There are plenty of items with zero market value in the space.  Those items will be "disposed" to whoever wants them.

Keys.  There are lost of keys out there.  Feel free to continue to access the space for the next few weeks.  But if you're not in need of those keys, help me out by sending an email.  If you mail your keys, obviously we don't them to go to 225 E. Main St.

With our storage unit, we would like to continue to accept donations of  old toys.  Keep those donations coming.

If you have any other questions, please email bo...@roguehacklab.com
