Stream Virtual camera to VLR (Video Conference Room) in Webrtc

I want to stream Virtual Camera to Video Conferencing Room based on Webrtc. I'm using direct show plugin

I'm new to this Direct show plugin, I have tried 

> webcam -> renderer

and getting the result in the output screen

Please guide me the correct steps to accomplish this task :
