Virtual Video/Audio Sink and Source Filter

Hi I urgently need of a "Virtual Audio Sink and Source" filter.
Application A will render the audio to Sink filter
Application B will play that audio from the Source filter.
No one has this pair of filters.
Every one catching system audio and giving on a Virtual Source filter.
Can you please help me ?
Similarly for Video also.
Simply if you make a Virtual Video Sink Filter for your Screen Recorder that should be fantastic.
Application A will render the audio to Sink filter

Fun idea...surely there's an audio rendering sink already?
Check graphstudionext if you right click on a pin and choose "render" does it create a graph with one at the end?
