Can't run audio capture

I have been unable to use the audio capture. Help would be swell.

When I am trying to run a broadcast server when I set it up VLC crashes immediately and gives me the following runtime error.

Assertion failed!

Program: C:\Progfiles\VideoLAN\vlc.exe

File: libavutil/mathematics.c

Line: 79

Expression: c >0

Any ideas/help?

Which version of VLC?

Ok appears it is a bug in VLC possibly?

anyway try VLC 2.0.1 for now.
