Season getting is closer things still to prepare

Hi All
At the Committee meeting earlier in the week we discussed how far we are behind with our preparations for the new season due to the awful weather these last 6 weeks.
With the forecasters predicting an upturn from tomorrow onwards and all through next week we decided that it would be a good idea to try and catch on a couple of evenings next week with some of the jobs, i.e., getting the covers on, a bit of rolling the square, grass cutting, tidying up the pavilion, to name a few, nothing too arduous.
People will be at the ground from 6 onwards allowing a good couple of hours next Tuesday and Wednesday before we lose the light and we would appreciate your help!! As always the more that participate the easier and quicker it would be for all.
Darren is also trying to have a training session at the Ground for us adults on Wednesday night so bring your gear, more detail to follow…..
