I have a model C-445 which has exhibited missing notes on the Swell manual.  Three years ago I replaced the Great manual which had a similar problem, at great cost.  These manuals utilize conductive rubber contacts to enable the touch response feature.  I really never use this function.  Does anyone have information as to how to replace these manuals with standard keyboards that use normal contacts.  I realize that to interface with the organ electronics, the keys must be wired to a matrix of some kind.  Any information as to how to do the wiring would be welcome. My local Rodgers dealer informed me that Rodgers no longer supports this model and referred me to Roland who disclaims any responsibility.

Before you do that contact Matt.

 http://www.mcnsystems.com

He has always stocked surplus from Rodgers and at the auction took it all, I am told…

I was able to send a person to him with your same problem, he priced 4 to her at a very good price.

The word is getting around the Rodgers US  will not accept equipment sent in by techs back for repair and also not stock parts any more for organs of a certain age.

The tech in question was told they woudl not repair a board and his only choice was to buy one for $2,000.

Can anyone confirm this (or deny) and reveal the cutoff dates?

This is interesting.   I understood that the facility in Hillsboro was gutted and no longer producing instruments.   Then, when I responded to another post about Rodger's Organs, a "rep" from Rodgers publicly stated that everything in Hillsboro was business as usual in that facility.

Interesting.
