Hey ROCstars,

ROC's very own Michael Crone (we'll claim him), appeared in the latest issue of Orienteering World! A nice article about his introduction to our dear sport and his high-performance feats! See the article attached to this mail, thanks Ian for sharing.

Then just a quick reminder that entries close at 18:00 tomorrow evening (7th) for this Sunday's event (11th) at The Coves. I've reattached the event sheet for everyone who's not yet registered on Orienter. You've obviously just not gotten around to it yet because there's no way anyone misses a ROC O'vent.

The Orienteering World 2017 magazine released! In the new issue You will find many interesting orienteering articles!

The Orienteering World was born in 1989, surpassed all his predecessors and still remains the main IOF printed magazine.

We asked Clive Allen, the Editor of Orienteering World 1993-1998, to share his memories and experience when a spread of the Internet was low, we had no Facebook and Instagram and printed media was the most common way to share the orienteering news.
