Hey O-stars,

I've heard this past weekend's Rocky Valley event described as a "classic", to which I've heard the reply "They always seem to be "classic" events @ Rocky Valley"! Too true I say, having personally partaken in the past two events there. Some classic running legs, some epic climbing, some very rocky terrain, some open veld. Something for everyone really. We were missing a few ROC members, however we still saw some great results, and in particular some great improvements from Kieran and Ewan. Come guys, Brown course time! #FakeItTillYouMakeIt

NEXT EVENT: The 2018 Mountain Marathon at Mohales Gate

I've been hitting the Stairmaster in wild anticipation! The Mountain Marathon never fails to amuse. The event sheet isn't out yet (RACO says in time for next week's O-mail), but rest assured there shall be some awesome climbing in addition to the slightly longer courses. Value for money really.

Scatter Run Event 2 - Shirt orders by 10 July
