Have a good week. No O in our region this weekend, so have a run to get faster, or look at some maps and a compass to get smarter!

ROC wishes you well in all of your O-ndeavors!
I don't know of any particular WOD celebrations going on around our region today, so I said on the WhatsApp group last night that we can all celebrate together at the ROC Quiz night on Thursday the 7th of June. Remember to RSVP to Michele. Details attached!

B'Sorah Long-O
We've updated the B'Sorah Bush 3 event sheet to take into account it being the Long-O event of the year. As such there are now championship categories. This is the event on Sunday the 3rd of June. Entries are open on Orienter and I've attached the updated details.
