[ANNOUNCE] Rocoto 6.1 released

Hi all,

thanks to Ioannis Canellos, Rocoto is now a valid OSGi bundle, so I
took advantage to release the 6.1 release.
Artifacts are already available on central repo, site[1] has been updated.
