How can I learn more about the animatronics done at Emmeline Drive's Wild West Ghost Town 2023?  Those were fun "scenes" and I love what they did with seemingly basic store bought skeletons and raspberry pi's.

Hi Rich! I'm mostly a lurker at the moment.  I've been part of the group for a few years but am still a newbie.  My name is Jason Case.  We really liked your animatronics on the skeletons.  Specifically how you made their mouths move and follow the voices coming through the speakers.  I really liked the Coco scene because it had multiple types of movement.  We were thinking of getting into light displays at some point but I think this kind of animatronics is much more interesting to me.  Can you point us in the right direction?

This is where i started... watch the videos on Cats Menagerie for information on servos/servo placement and movement, and skeleton selection.
I do have some additional insights; i found that cheaper skeletons work fine IF you make sure they have the right neck connection (as shown in video)
and I used Steve Koci's server recorder kit as server/reorder.
