Gail Spann here, I live in Rockwall and am an avid bicycle advocate. I am a League cycling instructor and teach classes based on the League of American Bicyclists curriculum. My LCI number is 1900 and I teach through appointment where you can register on www.BikeDFW.org.

I am a past chair woman and board member of BikeTexas as well as a past board member of the L.A.B.

I direct the Ride of Silence at White Rock Lake each May and both my husband and I are cyclists with 45 bicycles in our collection.

I am an advisor to BikeHouston and BikeDFW and we work with government agencies such as NCTCOG and various Bicycle/Pedestrian coordinators.

I would love to help with making good things happen in Rockwall.
