new legislation

i saw this post the other day on beginner triathlete and thought you
might be interested. i saw it as a possible first step for rockwall
bike lanes. it's a bill that was proposed earlier this year about safe
passing laws but wont be voted on until april 20th.

the first link is a blog entry about the bill and what it actually
says, and the second link is a webiste supporting the legislation and
a possible trip to austin when the bill gets voted on.
