Dear Rockville Ultimate Friends,

I attach USA Ultimate's Return to Play guidance. Montgomery County is scheduled to enter Phase 2 re-opening this Friday. I'm open to other opinions, but I read Maryland's guidelines as authorizing the 3rd phase under USA Ultimate's guidance.
