USA Ultimate Observer Clinic - August 4-5, Poolesville, MD

Interested in obtaining a better grasp of the rules of Ultimate?  Already know all the rules and want to have the orange jersey to prove it?  Interested in officiating club Ultimate games?

 

USA Ultimate is hosting an Observer Clinic on August 4-5 (must attend both days) at the Chesapeake Open in Poolesville, MD.  Getting certified not only helps you have a better grasp of the rules of Ultimate, but you also may have the chance to work tournaments and the Club series and observe some of the top teams in the nation at local tournaments.  Many tournaments now pay observers, so you can even use your newfound certification and skills to help cover your Ultimate expenses.  Some observers even travel across the country to observe at large events like the US Open or Club & College Nationals.

The USA Ultimate observer clinic has been moved to August 25-26 weekend.  We have enough people signed up for the clinic to go, but there is still room for more!  You do not need to have a valid USA Ultimate membership, but do need to create an account on their site to register and sign the electronic waiver.  You can read more information and register online here:
