Discussion on performance tuning w/Ethereum Core Devs?

Greetings all, I'm reaching out to maintainers to see if they would be willing to have a discussion with a couple of Ethereum Core Devs who are pushing the optimization limits of what is capable with RocksDB.

The Nethermind and Besu teams both use RocksDB internally in their Ethereum clients and have explored different configurations and data layouts, and would love to hear about anything they haven't tried yet.

I'd (i'm on Besu) be happy to coordinate either a synchronous or async discussion with any maintainers who could be available, can't imagine it would take more than an hour.
