Feature Request / Java / PerfContext / Pretty print PerfContext in the Java API

Hello!

So, the C++ API has a method to print PerfContext as a human-readable output: https://github.com/facebook/rocksdb/blob/179afd5bef7a043e10c9af322cf620ce11a7322f/monitoring/perf_context.cc#L264-L291

It would be nice to have the same method in the Java API: https://github.com/facebook/rocksdb/blob/179afd5bef7a043e10c9af322cf620ce11a7322f/java/src/main/java/org/rocksdb/PerfContext.java#L8. Something like:

public String toString(boolean excludeZeroCounters) {

// call to the JNI method which proxy to the C++ API

}
