I am currently running a small cluster. One of the host on my cluster has
broken down and hence cannot be accessed.
I want to remove this host using the "rocks remove host" command, but I
encounter an error telling me that cannot resolve host.
I can understand this since the host cannot be contacted, but is there
anyway I can get around the problem and remove host information from the
database even without connection to the host?
Thanks.

By the way, what's the difference between rocks remove host and
insert-ethers --remove?
