Hello,

When running "rocks remove roll" command, along with removing the files
located at

/export/rocks/install/rolls and cleaning up the database will this also

uninstall the roll from the frontend or will that still need to be done
manually?

This only removes the roll files from the frontend. It does not remove any
RPMs installed by the roll, or run any uninstall scripts. True roll
uninstallation isn't really a supported AFAICT, so you would most likely be on
your own in terms of locating RPMs, uninstalling them, and cleaning up after
any changes made by the roll installation scripts.

It also does not remove the RPMs and XML from your current install dist -
you'll want to 'cd /home/install && rocks-dist dist' before reinstalling any
clients.
