Because of their opposition to environmental controls, Gina McCarthy, nominee to head the Environmental Protection Agency, is being opposed from conformation. Delaying tactics used is by requests for more information from the nominee. To date, McCarthy has answered over 1,100 questions (in hearings and in writing). How much is enuf?
