I have been trying to read some articles on the Rockridge site since last weekend, but it hasn't been responding. Has the website been taken down?

The Rockridge website was pulled off the web suddenly about a month
ago. The former director, Bruce Budner, was ordered by an IRS tax
auditor to close the site. I am in the process of creating an article
archive on my website at http://www.cognitivepolicyworks.com as part
of the education resource center that my team is developing to train
progressives. This new archive will take some time to create.
