Keep Safe Boston Unveils 2016 Digital Compilation For Fenway Health

Boston, Mass | October 17, 2016 - Keep Safe Boston, local community organization founded in 2014 by radio host and local music champion, Anngelle Wood, releases annual digital benefit compilation for Boston’s Fenway Health organization.
 

On Thursday, October 20, Keep Safe Boston releases the 2016 digital compilation to benefit Fenway Health. The 30 song release features a wide selection of artists that make up the area’s vibrant music scene. From rock to pop to singer/songwriters, this year’s compilation includes new music from 2016 Rock & Roll Rumble favorite and 2015 Boston Music Award winner (and 2016 nominee) Abbie Barrett (“Get Up And Go”), Walter Sickert & the Army of Broken Toys (“Behave”), Mister Vertigo (“When I Was King”), usLights (“New Feeling”), Parlour Bells (“Sleep When I’m Dead”), Aaron Shadwell (“Bowtie”), Happy Little Clouds (“Beneath”), Dark Wheels (”Big Door”), Matt York (“Hot Shot”), and OldJack (“Drivin’ All Night”).

On Friday, October 21, celebrate the release at Thunder Road, 379 Somerville Ave, in Somerville with 2016 Boston Music Award nominees Walter Sickert & the ARmy of BRoken TOys - up for Live Artist of the Year & Male Vocalist of the Year, respectively, Boston noir rockers, Parlour Bells - led by the incomparable Goddamn Glenn, 2016 Rock & Roll Rumble electro-dream pop darlings usLights, and up-and-coming indie outfit, Kue The Sun. Tickets are $10 in advance, $15 day of show [see event link].
