The red button circuit breaker and the 1.25 amp fuse on rectifier board 52355-A inside the power supply unit would be the most obvious places to look. The two large capacitors on that board can also fail over time--especially if the jukebox sat idle for an extended period without keeping the caps reasonably charged up.
Usually the first fuse to break if the gripper motor got stuck due to, for instance, a warped record or poor lubrication would be on the mech board in back, but that wouldn't necessarily cause the entire circuit to fail.
If the mechanism is extremely stiff or locked up due to lack of lubrication a hot air hair blower can usually loosen up the old grease enough to partially take it apart and apply new lubrication. Try to keep any oil or grease away from the turntable capstan and idler wheel. That will only cause the turntable to slip and play too slow.
