If by first LED you mean the one on the left that is the mech circuit. Check the fuses on the mech board in back of the machine and the rectifier board 52355-A under the right plate (behind the circuit breaker buttons) on the power supply. Also try resetting the red button circuit breaker.
Make sure the gripper mechanism is properly clean and lubricated so as to not put excess strain on the motors.
Finally, you may need to replace the two big capacitors on the above mentioned rectifier board inside the power supply unit.
Hope this helps. --Ed

The red button circuit breaker and the 1.25 amp fuse on rectifier board 52355-A inside the power supply unit would be the most obvious places to look. The two large capacitors on that board can also fail over time--especially if the jukebox sat idle for an extended period without keeping the caps reasonably charged up.
Usually the first fuse to break if the gripper motor got stuck due to, for instance, a warped record or poor lubrication would be on the mech board in back, but that wouldn't necessarily cause the entire circuit to fail.
If the mechanism is extremely stiff or locked up due to lack of lubrication a hot air hair blower can usually loosen up the old grease enough to partially take it apart and apply new lubrication. Try to keep any oil or grease away from the turntable capstan and idler wheel. That will only cause the turntable to slip and play too slow.
