Record will not return to carriage

This is the same post I have on the Rock-Ola Facebook group. If you’re a member of both I apologize for the double post. It’s one step forward and one back with my Rock-Ola 477. Got the volume issue resolved and the next night the record stopped returning to the carriage after the play was done. The cancel switch in the back of the unit also does not work. However if I do any of the following the return kicks on immediately. Power down or turn the carriage off or to scan while the power is still on. have replaced the mechanism power board and relays and tested the cut off switch on the needle. Tested the cut off switch on the back of the unit. All good. Replaced the gripper motor and checked all fuses that I could. I have not replaced the magazine motor or the logic board. I cannot test the logic board as described in the manual because you need to
use the cut off button on the back, which doesn’t work however all the test led lights on the logic board appear right. Help please.
