Speakers not producing sound

My father passed away a few years back and I've been restoring his Rockola 477!

Everything seems to be working properly except I cannot seem to get the speakers to produce sound. I've checked the wiring and it is in tact, it just seems like the speakers aren't getting power, could it be a fuse that needs replaced?

Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

not sure but i think there is a fuse for each output
