Hi, I was playing records and the music stopped, when opening to check, the record on the turntable had finished but not ejected. I switched it off and on  and hoped it would start but it did not. The record would play again if I brought back the arm to start but when finishing once again it would not return to carriage. If I try to eject it does not do anything and if I put it to scan the carriage is does not turn. I do have a manual but cant find the issue.
Can anyone help please.

I had the same issue two years ago. Had to replace the logic board in the front. Think it’s part 52245-a. May be able to get other responses on the Facebook Rockola group. Many more members and someone may have the part

Thank you for your response, is there any way of testing this?  I would love to resolve to play Xmas records in December.

Not that I known of. I took a chance and bought a used one because I had tested everything else I could think of. It’s possible someone in the “ Rockola jukebox club “ on Facebook would know how to test. If you go to that group and search my name (Doug brown) and look at my post from December 11, 2018 I listed everything that was wrong and posted a video. If the symptoms match then I would think the board is the most logical issue, but I’m really a newbie in jukeboxes.

Hi,

Sorry to bother you again, I have looked for this part and cant find one anywhere (even eBay), I have had the top up and pressed a red and yellow reset round lolly stick type buttons and tried to turn and remove one of the three fuse buttons in the left hand corner and now have no power to jukebox at all, any suggestions?

sorry for the delay
you have to check the card on the back of the juke
the latch relay

does thes relays work?
 if you need the logic c.i, i know someone who can sell one to you
it s about 100 bucks
but test the relay board first, i had this issue and the latch relay was dead

Hi, I was given the number of local jukebox repair man, he came out next day with a logic board to try. The lost power was caused my me not putting a fuse  in correctly, he tries the board and some other unit he brought but it still did not work. He put my original back then did a little bit work on a unit on the back behind the turntable and within minutes it was back up and running. He only charged £30 I was so pleased I paid £40. He said if I wanted after the year he would take the full unit out take to workshop and strip it service and rebuild for around £250.
