I’m glad I found this group. Have posted on a few Facebook posts but no luck yet. My 477 gabs the record and places it fine, however during the return the relay on the board in the back snaps open and close and it takes about three minutes to put the record back. This is an electrical problem, not mechanical. First I replaced the gripper arm motor, no luck. Then i replaced the back board with the relay. No luck. Yesterday I replaced the capacitors on the rectifier board. We tested both of the old capacitors when we took them off. Got no reading through the bottom one so assumed it was stuck open and that was the problem. When I turned the power on with the new capacitors in place blew two of the three fuses on the rectifier board and now have no power anywhere. Anyone have issues with the board itself? Or the power supply? Examined the wires and none have exposed wires touching and I’m sure the wires were hooked up right to the board. Anyone have any ideas?

Take off the capa you replaced and try again if the fuses still blow

Since most of the issue started when I replaced the caps, I’m assuming one is bad. I have ordered more and should get them this weekend

Not sure
The cap was bad so the problem might be after the cap
Try to plug only the power board
Do fuses blow?
