Rockola 477 - record carriage not moving

HI Folks,

My friend has asked me to have a look at his 477 because as it just stopped working after being stored for some months. 

He has conformed the following over the phone:

All three red LEDs on the power supply are on

The red overload light in NOT on

He says he is unable to press the two circuit breaker in. (does this mean there are already in or not - difficult to tell over the phone)

I've downloaded the fault finding information which should be very helpful but a schematic would make tracing a fault much easier. Has anyone got a schematic, please?

Any help or advice would be appreciated.
