Rock-Ola 477 Max gripper arm inaccurate

My Rock-Ola gripper arm started to drop singles in the middle... The gripper arm doesn't quite hit the selection, but barely catches the record and eventually drops it... Also it can even grab the next single... I have greased and oiled the gripper arm mechanism, but it did not solve the problem. And for me it seems that it is more like the magazine is off somehow.

Magazine is fully loaded and sensor blinks on every single.. It is more about alignment than the circuits...

The problem happens most at 1x3 1x4 rows - that also made me think about the magazine ... but it feels sturdy and rolls like it should...

I am confused here - I will still study the magazine - haven't done anything for it before, so I try to keep my head calm - to not break more while fixing :D
