New Year Party Plan

Hello Friends,

Seems like the year has come and gone so fast. Time flies even faster when we are in good company.  But, what an year its been. Lets all join to celebrate the memories 2014 has created and welcome 2015 with even more passion.

We need a space to rent, it looks like last years venue is taken.  Called all the Columbia association party halls and none of them are available.  If any of you have other ideas please share.  Try to find something near by our community if possible. If any of you know a place that can accommodate at least 75-100 people would be good.

Please RSVP to this email as to who will be joining this years party ASAP. This will help to look for other alternatives also.  Please ask before forwarding the mail as we need to consider accommodations.

Only other closest venue I can think of is North Laurel Community center. I know it is little abandoned on whiskey bottom road but the facility itself is pretty neat inside.

Thanks for responding back.  We have a couple of places that need a few additional details before finalizing on one.  Before that if we could have a final list of people joining by this weekend that would be great.  So we could have an estimate of $$ pooled.  So far eleven families responded with yes.

The space is booked now. The address is at the bottom of the mail.

We are planning to put $100 per family just like last year. Take a look at the bank information for transfers.

Attached is a list of things we need to finalize. Some of them are attached based on last years participation. If you cant participate this year let us know by replying to all.

We could meet like last year some time next week if you would like at my home to discuss activities.  Let me know what works for you folks.

Money Contribution:
