Rocket Player v5.18.54 on Samsung Galaxy S20+ will automatically start playing when bluetooth DISCONNECTS from any one of my 3 auto head units (One Ford Sync, two Pioneer), if it has not been playing music. I'll get out of the car after turning it off, and all of the sudden my phone starts blasting music. Happens probably around 75% of the time. This has been happening since I got the phone at the beginning of 2020, also with previous versions of Rocket Player and throughout all Android updates on Android 10 & 11. Any suggestions or settings to check?

Oh no! Sorry you are running into this. I have a feeling your stereos are sending a Toggle Pause command. Head to Rocket Player Settings -> Headset/Bluetooth -> Bluetooth Strict Mode and turn that ON. Let me know if that doesn't fix it.

Thanks
Caroline

I actually just turned it on this morning (after it happened again), looking for any settings I could try. I'll let you know how it goes, could take a few days before I know whether it'll happen again. Thanks for the suggestion!

This solution must have worked - I haven't had the issue come up since you suggested it. Thank you!
