Hi gamers!

Tomorrow (Sat, Feb 11th), both Haven Comics (1871 Slaughter Rd,
Madison, AL) and Rogue Merchant Games/JC's House of Cards ( 7425
Highway 72 W, Madison, AL ) are hosting Ogre Launch Events for the new
6th edition of the Ogre board game! Ogre is a desperate contest
between a super-intelligent, bloodthirsty AI-controlled tank, and the
squads of infantry, armor, and artillery fighting to stop its advance.
You can be the Ogre and ruthlessly steamroll the humans in your way,
or play the defenders, trying to defeat it at any cost. The game is
easy to learn and quick to play! Ogre games begin at 2:00 pm at Haven
Comics and 4:30 pm at Rogue Merchant Games.

Before the Ogre event, Haven Comics is also hosting games of the Star
Munchkin parody card game! Grab your laser sword. Fight every cyborg
and alien you meet. Stab your rivals in the back and steal their
stuff. Take the loot and run! Of course, if Star Munchkin doesn't suit
your fancy, other Munchkin flavors will be available as well.

Special promotional items from Steve Jackson Games will be given to
players at all these game events!

Additionally, although not game related, the Huntsville Comic Con is
being held at Lowe Mill today and tomorrow. This event spotlights the
comic book and geek culture, and will welcome many guests from a wide
range of popular culture genres.
