Digital Optimisation Projects

Dublin Rural LEADER invites community groups, social enterprises, farm businesses, and rural tourism businesses to apply for funding for projects aimed at advancing digitalisation in the Dublin Rural area.

A call for Expressions of Interest (EOIs) to fund projects that enhance digital skills, IT infrastructure, and connectivity to benefit community groups and rural businesses, or projects embracing the Smart Village concept.

- Theme: Rural Infrastructure and Social Inclusion
- Sub-Theme: Optimising Digital Connectivity
- Local Objective: Support digital skills development, IT infrastructure enhancement, and connectivity projects
📌 Eligible Projects Include:

- Website Creation & Maintenance Training
- IT Equipment Purchases
- Training on Digital Platforms (minimum 10 people to be trained per project)
- Total Budget Available: €100,000
- Individual Project Funding: €1,500 - €10,000
- Grant Aid Rate:
- Up to 75% for Capital Projects
- Up to 100% for Training Projects
- Call Opens: November 8th 2024
- Deadline for EOIs: 4pm December 3rd 2024
- EOI Assessment & Notification: December 4th – December 20th 2024
