I banned Ontario Antiques Mall owner

I realize this is heavy handed, but I noticed the owner of the Ontario Antiques Mall posted spammy stuff on the events page and this has been going on, almost monthly, for over a year now.  It's obvious he doesn't read comments or even notice it gets removed.  At some point we have to stop playing cat and mouse and for the time being I've banned him from edits.  I don't plan on keeping this permanent, but I think the next time he comes back, in a month, to spam again and gets told he's banned, maybe he'll finally pay attention.  Honestly I wouldn't even mind if he posted his sales in the events page, but they need to be minimal.  He posts a page worth of info pushing everything off the page.

Do you ever go out there? Maybe a more personal approach would be warranted in this case..phone call?

I'm in the middle of a bit of a family crisis here (very sick dog) on my anniversary no less otherwise I'd handle it.
