Friends...

A person removed a comment from the Uneed a tire shop....it is included below.

My reasons for restoring the comment pending further discussion amongst us all:

1) The guy admits he's a former employee. He doesn't try to hide his bias.
2) The comment is not only against a specific employee but also includes store issues (tire prices, etc).
3) This guy's grammer is horrible and reminds me of the recent KFC rant.
4) We've had no concerns expressed by any current ownership of the store.

If the general opinion is to remove it I'll gladly do so but I think its worthy of discussion before doing so.

2012-10-21 09:11:25   I'm a former employee for 3 yrs that was let go for voicing my opinon about the way the shop was ran and i'm telling everyone that reads this comment that this tire shop is a big joke. The floor manager Al Kent is the biggest alcoholic & drug user in shop. Drink & uses during work hours (yes i'm exposing him)stay away from him.The shop buy $100 tires for $3 and sells them to u (the customer). The shop is a unsafe environment for customer & the employee. I can say these thing cause i no longer work there & therefore my job is no longer theaten. "Yes there job will b theaten" by the floor manager if they were to tell the customer these things. Not all the employee r asshole but u can tell who is who. AS far as Al Kent need to watch him he's the grumpy old man that walks around thinking he own's the place. My suggestion to u is don't bother with the place that's if u like to b bent over take it u know were. —danielcaletz

Just realized the prior comment is from the same IP address.

I believe I would now be up for scratching them both as schilling against a business?

2012-10-07 11:30:54   I've been going to UNeedA Tire for years now, but I have mixed feelings about them. On the one hand, their prices are low. On the other hand, they're very unprofessional. This last time I went there, my installer smelled like alcohol. I could smell it on his breath when we both bent over to inspect the treads on a tire. Also, I worry about potential safety problems. The tires are stacked high, and you (the customer) have to walk through the garage itself in order to get to the waiting room. Going there is a real experience. —Rochester-Native
