I set up a page for Jenn Libby's Genesee Libby Studio. She tried to log in to edit, but there already was a JennLibby user—who logged in once in 2007 and made only one edit to the "Gone but not forgotten" page. The changes were not anything she would have done, and as far as she knows she's the only Jenn Libby in town. Is there a way to release that username to allow her to use it?

The existing user has been renamed, so JennLibby should be clear to create. If not, let me know and I'll kick the database harder.
