FYI: CheeseFest June 3-June 7

Hi Fellow Cycling Friends - 

A little FYI if you plan to come to Pine Island this upcoming weekend, Cheesefest begins on Thursday evening (June 3) and goes through Sunday, June 7. 

Please be aware of increased traffic on the road and also on foot/bike/scooters, etc. on the douglas trail as you approach town. 

On Saturday starting at 8:30 a.m. is the Ribbon Run 5K, watch for increased foot traffic as they will be coming in on the Douglas trail. 

The parade is scheduled for Sunday afternoon and Main Street will be blocked off. 

The food vendors, will be located in the parking lot of the Trailhead Park and the rides/games will be on the main road coming into town (County Road 11), this is by the park, Dollar General and Kwik Trip. 

If you want to have your first fair food of the year, make your way to Pine Island to enjoy some of that food with your fellow riders!! Friday food vendors will open at 12:00 p.m. Saturday/Sunday food vendors open at 11:00 a.m.
