I went to get a tune up on my specialized bike. I was told it had a crack in the frame

I purchased it over 10 years ago. I contacted Bob at bicycle sports and he contacting the company

I don’t know what will happen. But just that Bob would go through the effort from someone who lives five hours away says a lot about him

Just thought I’d mention it. I had my identity stolen so I don’t have any social media.

Just thought id mention it. Is there still a cycling group email, but if there is could you forward it

I’d just like to let people know about him going above and behind

Hi Dan ! I know first hand how great Bob and his crew are. They are just the most helpful and knowledgeable shop around.  I hope people realize this and  having the luxury of  such a place where you can learn and test bikes and gear before you buy, in this era of online robotic shopping.
