State Climate Summit

Hi everyone,

Today is the last day to register for next Saturday's Climate Summit at the Harley School in Brighton. I've arranged for the RCA to have a table with our materials. We only need to staff it during breakfast/registration (8-9am), lunch (1:00-1:45pm) and a short morning and short afternoon break. So, we won't need to miss any of the sessions.

Sustainable transportation is one of the themes and our own Doug Kelley is doing a presentation on "Understanding How our Electricity System Works”.

Hope to see some area cyclists there.

There is a bike rack.  If you are at the main entrance (where the big bird sculpture is), follow the building to the right (as you are looking at it, with Clover St. at your back).  Near the entrance, the building is close to the parking lot, then it drops away or maybe goes away completely.  Keep going, and you'll see another building, the pool.  The bike rack is between the two.
