On behalf of the Genesee Transportation Council (GTC), I would like to formally invite you to participate in a Roadway Safety Audit (RSAs) in the City of Rochester on October 19. This is the second phase of the Vulnerable Road Users Safety Assessment Program.
Your expertise and knowledge are vitally important in helping the team assessing existing conditions and develop effective safety improvement strategies for pedestrians, cyclists, and motorcyclists.
In this Road Safety Assessment, we will be auditing Main Street/Chili Ave and Genesee Street from Thurston up to Genesee along Chili/Main, and down Genesee to Arnett. This assessment will take place on the morning of October 19, from 9 am to noon. We will meet in the parking lot of the Arnett Branch Library at 310 Arnett Blvd.

Your expertise and knowledge are vitally important in helping the team assessing existing conditions and develop effective safety improvement strategies for pedestrians, cyclists, and motorcyclists.
In this Road Safety Assessment, we will be auditing West Henrietta Road from the I-390 interchange the Jefferson Road interchange. This assessment will take place on the morning of October 17, from 9 am to noon. We will meet in the parking lot of the NYSDOT Region 4 offices, 1530 Jefferson Road. A bus will pick us up and give us a tour of the corridor.
Prior to the field review, I will distribute background data and complete initial crash analyses to those of you who RSVP. If you cannot make it, but would like to send someone in your place, please forward this email to them and have them RSVP with me directly. If you feel someone else you know would be interested in attending this Audit, please forward them this email.
