Winter Cycling Congress

Hi all,

Great meeting last night. Here's the information on 2017's Winter Cycling Congress in Montreal. This is as close to Rochester as the Conference could realistically be in the foreseeable future. It'd be great to have at least one RCA rep there.

The deadline for the reduced early bird registration is October 31st. After that it jumps up $50.

If you haven't read Tom Babin's Frostbike book I highly recommend it. I've read a number of cycling books the last few years and Babin's book is one of the best - a journalist from Calgary exploring the viability of winter cycling. I learned of the annual Winter Cycling Congress from his book.
