I tried 3 or 4 times and did not see a “shopping cart”. Does it work on an iPhone?

It  does  work on the I phone.  After completing the renew information, you need to go to the cart to complete the checkout.  Try turning your phone sideways.  When my phone was vertical, I was unable to see the cart.  Turning the phone allowed me to see the cart.  It isn’t the most intuitive process.
