Chute clinic

Just a reminder that our chute clinic is scheduled for two weeks from today. It will be held 3/7 at the Palmyra Community Center, Palmyra NY.
We will setup at 8 am, and plan to begin chute deployments at 9 am. We have the center until 3 pm, but will stop when everyone is done. If you are planning on attending, please let me know. We will stay as long as needed.
You must be current USHPA to participate. The event is free to RAF members, $25 to non members. Joe Giunta will be onsite. Same day repacks are prioritized to out of town pilots. HG repacks are $45 payable to Joe when you pick up your chute. PG repacks are slightly more depending on design. Please try and take advantage of this great opportunity. Hope to see you there.

In addition to the usual practice chute deployment,  there will be a demonstration by Rob Skinner of a tree rescue kit. This is not to be missed!

Also. If time allows,  we can have a follow-up discussion on preflight check lists. I will post a handout of a list of links to videos on preflight check lists for HG and PG.
