RYP Announcement

A local developer is proposing a "Master Planned Residential and Retail Development" in the City of Rochester targeted to young professionals and will begin its formal research early in September.  The developer is interested in learning the type of housing, number of bedrooms and baths, and price range younger buyers are looking for as well as the type of product and area amenities these buyers favor.

City revitalization does not happen without a mix of healthy retail that supports and compliments the needs and wants of it's neighborhood residents and the opportunity for people to buy rather than rent. The developer is planning to build condos that appeal to a younger audience providing a new trend in housing design and urban development.

The developer is looking for younger buyers between 25 and 40 years old to survey. Please watch the weekly update in the coming weeks for this important survey that could really make a difference in our city!
