Hello from RYP—

RYP is offering three interesting events this week. On Wednesday, RYP members have been invited to join a Leadership Rochester Bash to learn more about the program that has graduated many of this community’s leaders. Join up at Tapas afterward if you are attending this event.  Also on Wednesday, join us for our monthly social at Tapas. Tapas will be providing drink specials and complimentary appetizers to RYP members. This is a great way to network with a lot of other young professionals while experiencing one of Rochester’s most popular restaurants. On Thursday, RYP members will be joining EYP for our monthly dinner and a movie. Dinner will start at 6:30 at Sticky Lips. The movie starts at 8:00pm at the Dryden Theater. YPs receive a $2 discount to the film; just mention that you are a YP at the ticket booth. The dinner is a great way to meet YPs in a smaller setting while eating delicious BBQ. If you plan on attending the dinner, please RSVP to maria....@r-y-p.org

RocCity Coalition's Community Engagement Survey for Young Professionals: The RocCity Coalition, a group of young professionals representing many local organizations, is interested in delving deeper into the current level of involvement of Rochester's young professional community. RocCity defines "young professional" as an individual in the beginning or middle of their career (typically age 21-45) that carries themselves in a professional manner. If you live in the Rochester area and consider yourself a young professional, please take a few moments (5-10 minutes) to complete this Community Engagement survey. <http://www.surveymonkey.com/s/RocCitySurvey>

Greater Rochester Enterprise would like to promote its Eyes on the Future program to YPs. Eyes On The Future is Rochester's top-rated talk show every Saturday morning from 10-11am.  Broadcast live on 1180 WHAM, the show provides valuable business advice and expert insight into Rochester's economy and what's being done to keep it growing.  Catch up on previous shows and listen to podcasts by visiting <http://www.RochesterBiz.com/podcast>.
